I took a walk uphill today
i counted crowes and was there to pray
as some stranger came on by and spoke to me
“ you’re on Golgotha don’t you see?”
so i had stumbled upon this dreadfull place
where i was saved by blood and grace
i searched around , looked on the ground
three rusty bloodstained nails i found
this is the spot where He laid down His life
all his friends were standing by in one accord
Are these three rusty bloodstained nails
the ones that held my Lord?
